Lakers Lacrosse has always strived to provide our children an opportunity to develop superior life skills through team play, sportsmanship, top competition and hard work. Our mission is to encourage boys in our community to play lacrosse at the highest level commensurate with their individual ability, potential and interest. An emphasis on fair play and respect for every participant is a primary element of our program’s mission. To better achieve that mission, the Lakers Lacrosse Board and Coaching Staff enforce a Code of Conduct (CoC) for all active players and their parents.
Our CoC is a covenant between players and parents to abide by the rules and regulations of the game as well as to maintain a cooperative attitude and uphold the ideals of fair play and sportsmanship. The CoC expresses our program’s core values and goals. It is essential they be respected and followed. It can be summarized in the following three principles:

Maintaining good relationships with all youth lacrosse participants – including officials, opponents, and our own team’s players, parents and coaches.
